An American based software company is opening new offices in Belfast, creating 70 jobs over the next three years.
Smashfly Technologies, which is based in Massachusetts, makes marketing software that helps global firms recruit staff.
It is the first time the company has invested outside the United States.
SmashFly says the jobs it is creating will be technology jobs such as software engineers.
Invest NI has offered £455,000 towards the creation of the new posts which it says will contribute more than £3m annually in salaries to the local economy.
The company's CEO Thom Kenney said he has been keen to invest in the market here for some time.
